Latest news: 14 November 2008. In addition to its own internal report viewer, Dietplan6 can load Adobe Reader to view and print its reports. Unfortunately the new Version 9 of Adobe Reader, released in July 2008, raises errors when used in this way, although earlier versions 5 through 8 all work properly as intended. Click here for details how to switch to the internal viewer if you are having problems with Adobe Reader 9. Alternatively, an update for Dietplan6.30 (d6) is available on the Support page that does this automatically. Anyone running version 6.30 is advised to download and install it. All updates are cumulative and you need only install the most recent one. If you would like to install the earlier Version 8 of Adobe Reader, click here to download it. 22 January 2008. Both the UK and the NUTTAB evaluation copies of Dietplan6 for Mac OS X have been updated following reports of runtime errors from some users. If you have previously had problems running the 30 day trial, please delete it and download a new version. 14 September 2007. The Australia and New Zealand NUTTAB 2006 tables have been added to the Dietplan6 database. Click here to download a fully working 30 day trial containing both the full NUTTAB 2006 and UK food tables. The standard 30-day trial has also been updated and it now contains the full set of UK food tables, not just the summary set contained in McCance & Widdowson’s 6th Edition of The Composition of foods - click here to download. 5 May 2007. Version 6.30 of Dietplan6 is now available for the Mac. Both PPC and Intel processors, running OS X 10.4 (Tiger) are supported and a 30 day evaluation copy is available for download. Subscribers to the Dietplan Support & Software Update Service and anyone who purchased Dietplan 6.20 after 30 November 2006 should now have received the new version 6.30 software. It is also available for purchase by anyone else wishing to upgrade. Please contact Forestfield Software for details. 23 March 2007. Version 6.30 of Dietplan6 has been released with support for Windows Vista and Adobe Reader 8 on the PC. The Mac version, which provides native support for both Intel and PPC processors, will be released soon. The new release contains many changes, plus extra food and product tables, from apetito, Nestlé and Novartis, in addition to revised product information for many of the current tables. 7 March 2007. An update for Dietplan6.20 (d6) is available on the Support page. All updates are cumulative, you need only download and install the most recent one 30 August 2006. Updates for Dietplan6 versions 6.15 (v) and 6.20 (c8) are available on the Support page. These check that food information in the database is complete, restoring values as necessary. 8 May 2006. An update for Dietplan6.20 (c3) is available on the Support page. This update includes support for Adobe Reader Version 7.0 for viewing and/or printing Dietplan6 reports. Previously, only Adobe Reader Versions 5.0 and 6.0 were supported. 23 August 2005. A 30 day evaluation copy of Dietplan6 for Mac OS X is now available. click 1 November 2004. New Dietplan6 Pro and Dietplan6 P3 models are now available, replacing the Professional and Personal versions with significant price reductions across the board. 30 January 2004.
