After upgrading to Dietplan6.60, when starting a new analysis and after selecting Dietary Reference Values, an error message appears that refers to KeyError: 103

The problem has been fixed and you can download an update from the Support page. Just download the update for release 6.60a5 or later and follow the instructions there

When trying to view a report in Dietplan, various error messages are displayed and the program shuts down

Version 9 of Adobe Reader was released in July 2008 and causes this when Dietplan tries to embed it to view its PDF reports.

Please note that these problems have been overcome with Dietplan 6.50c7, published on 22 March 2010, and if you are running Version 6.50 of the software, you can download this update free of charge from the Support page.

If you are running an older version of Dietplan, you can switch to using Dietplan’s internal report viewer instead. From the Edit menu, select Preferences and Report viewer. Then click the Built-in viewer button and OK

After that, if you prefer to use Adobe Reader 9 to view and/or print your reports, use the Save button on the report viewer page and open the saved pdf file with Adobe Reader outside Dietplan.
